Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has assured students that the state government will ensure there are no delays in fee reimbursement and scholarship payments from the current academic year.
Addressing students and academic institutions, the Chief Minister said education should never suffer due to delayed government payments. He stated that eligible students would receive fee reimbursement on time, allowing them to continue their studies without interruption.
The government also plans to improve the transparency and efficiency of the reimbursement system to ensure faster processing and timely release of funds.
The assurance comes amid concerns over pending fee reimbursement dues raised by private educational institutions and opposition parties, who claim delays have affected both colleges and students across Telangana.
Revanth Reddy reiterated that student welfare remains a top priority and said the government will work to clear pending dues while ensuring future reimbursements are released without unnecessary delays.
