- Eligible graduates must provide the required documents or certificates along with their applications. The Election Commission clarified that simply referring to an existing electoral roll entry will not be considered sufficient to establish eligibility for inclusion in the Graduates’ Constituency electoral roll.

Eligible graduates can submit Form 18 applications through the available online election services. Applications can also be submitted by post to the concerned Electoral Registration Officer or Assistant Electoral Registration Officer.
The process is being carried out ahead of the 2027 elections to the Telangana Legislative Council Graduates’ Constituencies.
