The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has launched an online portal for Fire No Objection Certificate (Fire NOC) applications, making the process faster and more convenient for applicants.
The digital platform allows building owners, developers and commercial establishments to apply for Fire NOCs online, upload required documents, track the status of their applications and receive approvals without visiting government offices.
The initiative aims to improve transparency, reduce processing time and simplify compliance with fire safety regulations. It is also expected to strengthen enforcement by encouraging timely submission and approval of Fire NOC applications.
The launch comes as HYDRAA continues to intensify inspections and enforcement against commercial establishments operating without valid Fire NOCs and other mandatory fire safety measures.
Officials said the online portal is part of the government’s efforts to modernise public services through digital technology while enhancing fire safety standards across Hyderabad.
