Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused some European leaders of openly preparing for a possible war with Russia, while saying that Moscow has no aggressive intentions toward Europe and remains ready to restore relations with European countries.
Putin made the remarks during a meeting of Russia’s Military Industrial Commission, where he discussed Russia’s defence priorities and developments in military technology.
He said some European governments are using concerns over Russia and the Ukraine conflict to justify increased military spending and what he described as preparations for a potential confrontation with Moscow.
Concerns Over Baltic Sea Activities
