GHRT International and AILinc Technologies Private Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Taj Vivanta, Jammu, to promote collaboration in Artificial Intelligence, digital learning, skill development, entrepreneurship and technology-enabled inclusive development.
The partnership aims to connect Jammu & Kashmir’s talent and development opportunities with Telangana’s growing technology and innovation ecosystem, creating a broader platform for youth, students, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, institutions and development organisations.
A key focus of the collaboration will be to explore a technology and incubation ecosystem in Hyderabad, with proposed innovation and incubation activities connected to GHRT’s incubation centre in Shamshabad.
The initiative will focus on practical applications of AI in education, healthcare, MSMEs, entrepreneurship, skill development, digital learning, women’s empowerment and youth innovation.
Dr. H. R. Rehman, Chairman, GHRT International, said the partnership represents an important step towards connecting technology with human development.
“Artificial Intelligence must not remain limited to large technology centres. It must reach students, youth, entrepreneurs, MSMEs, educators, healthcare professionals and communities and create meaningful opportunities for growth,” he said.
Dr. Rehman added that Jammu & Kashmir has immense talent and potential, while Telangana has developed a strong technology and innovation ecosystem.

Mr. Sandeep Volam, Co-Founder & Chairman, AILinc Technologies Private Limited, said India’s AI journey should focus on accessibility and meaningful impact.
“The real opportunity is not simply to adopt Artificial Intelligence, but to make AI accessible to people, institutions and businesses that can use it to create meaningful impact. When technology, entrepreneurship and human development come together, innovation can travel from one part of India to another,” he said.

As part of the larger collaboration, GHRT International plans to host the AI Global Nexus Summit on 7 November 2026 in Telangana, with delegates from 40 countries being invited and set up its own tech incubation support @ AiLinc Incubation Centre, Hyderabad
The proposed Summit will bring together AI innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, technology leaders, institutions, policymakers and development organisations to explore knowledge exchange, investment, incubation, technology collaboration and scalable innovation.
The Summit will focus on AI applications in education, healthcare, business, MSMEs, entrepreneurship, skills and inclusive development.
The GHRT–AILinc partnership seeks to develop a Pan-India AI collaboration network connecting universities, startups, MSMEs, industry, healthcare institutions, youth, entrepreneurs, technology companies and global partners.
The broader vision is represented by a simple pathway:
