FORDS, N.J.: Overseas Friends of BJP-USA (OFBJP-USA) hosted a grand “Meet and Greet” reception in honor of Telangana BJP State President Sri N. Ramchander Rao at the Royal Albert Palace in New Jersey. Hundreds of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), BJP workers, business leaders, and community members from several states across the United States attended the event and extended a warm welcome.
Addressing the gathering, Sri N. Ramchander Rao said that the NDA government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to building a strong, united, and developed India through good governance, national security, and inclusive development. He highlighted India’s remarkable progress over the past decade in infrastructure and the global economy, while pointing to initiatives such as Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, and PM Kisan as transformative welfare programs. He also cited the abrogation of Article 370, the construction of the Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, and the Women’s Reservation Bill as historic milestones, adding that India’s growing global stature has enhanced the pride and respect of Indians living abroad.
Telangana BJP State Treasurer D. Vasudeva Rao described Sri Ramchander Rao as a leader known for integrity, commitment, and determination. He expressed confidence that Telangana BJP workers are enthusiastically preparing for the upcoming GHMC and Assembly elections.
Telangana BJP NRI Cell Convener S. Saidi Reddy said that the Indian diaspora across the world has placed its faith in Prime Minister Modi’s leadership and that Indians abroad today enjoy greater confidence and international recognition. OFBJP-USA President Dr. Adapa Prasad said the organization continues to support the BJP through community outreach in the United States and its initiatives in India. OFBJP-USA Telangana Convener Sri Vilas Reddy Jambula stated that Indians in America stand firmly behind the BJP with a spirit of patriotism and are contributing toward India’s emergence as a global leader.
Former OFBJP-USA President Sri Krishna Reddy Anugula said Prime Minister Modi has earned the trust of Indians worldwide and has made the Indian diaspora an important partner in the nation’s development. Participants reaffirmed their support for the NDA government and pledged to contribute toward the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. The event concluded with patriotic slogans, a felicitation ceremony for the distinguished guests, and dinner.
