Traffic Diversions Announced for Milad un Nabi Jalsa at Darussalam

On the occasion of Milad un Nabi, a ‘Jalsa’ programme will be held at the AIMIM party office in Darussalam from 6:00 PM on August 25, 2026, to 4:00 AM on August 26, 2026.

In view of the programme, Hyderabad Traffic Police have announced the following traffic diversions and alternative routes to avoid congestion and ensure smooth movement of vehicles.

Traffic Diversion Routes

  • From Malakunta and Begum Bazaar Chathri:
    Vehicles coming towards Darussalam Road will be diverted at Alaska T-Junction towards MJ Bridge and MJ Market.
  • From Mallepally X Road, Boyiguda Kaman and Mangalhat:
    Vehicles heading towards Darussalam will be diverted at Aghapura X Road towards Tukaramwadi and Charminar.
  • From Bazaar Ghat and Taj Island:
    Vehicles heading towards Darussalam will be diverted at Ek Minar towards Bazaar Ghat and Nampally Railway Station Road.
  • From Sitarambagh and Mangalhat:
    Vehicles coming towards Darussalam Road will be diverted at Aghapura Junction towards Charkandil.
  • From Mehdipatnam and Asifnagar:
    Vehicles heading towards Darussalam will be diverted at Mallepally X Road towards Gokul Nagar and Bazaar Ghat.

Parking Arrangements

People attending the Darussalam Jalsa are requested to park their vehicles only at the designated parking locations to avoid traffic congestion:

  • Government Dispensary Hospital, Sitarambagh: Four wheelers
  • Agha Dargah: Two wheelers
  • Sardar Beg Dargah: Two wheelers
  • Pan Mandi Road: Two wheelers
  • SBI Road: Two wheelers
  • Rocket Ground: Four wheelers

Hyderabad Traffic Police have requested citizens to take note of these diversions, choose alternative routes to reach their destinations and cooperate with the traffic police.
