The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has generated a combined ₹2,833.22 crore through two major land auctions at Raidurg in Hyderabad, reflecting strong demand for prime commercial land in the city.
Latest auction sets new record
- In the latest auction, TGIIC sold 5.38 acres of Plot P2 for ₹1,447.22 crore.
- The winning bid reached ₹269 crore per acre, around 52% above the reserve price.
Previous auction also fetched high value
- A week earlier, 5.25 acres of Plot P1 was auctioned for ₹1,386 crore, at ₹264 crore per acre.
- Together, the two plots cover 10.63 acres and generated an average of about ₹266.5 crore per acre.
Strong demand for Hyderabad land
- The results highlight continued investor interest in Hyderabad’s premium commercial areas.
- Raidurg is part of the city’s major IT and business corridor, with access to key technology, commercial and infrastructure hubs.
