Hyderabad: Reports of BJP MP Eatala Rajender’s possible return to the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) have sparked political speculation in Telangana. However, neither Eatala Rajender nor the BRS leadership has made any official announcement on the matter.
According to political reports, BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) is reportedly open to Eatala’s return, while party president K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) is said to have reservations about the move.
Eatala Rajender, who left the BRS in 2021 after being removed from the state cabinet, later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and currently represents Malkajgiri in the Lok Sabha.
The speculation gained momentum after Eatala recently said, “Telangana comes first, then the party and personal interest last” a remark that has triggered discussions about his political future.
As of now, there has been no official confirmation from the BRS, BJP, or Eatala Rajender regarding any change in his political affiliation.
