An Indian national was killed after a missile and drone attack struck Kuwait International Airport, amid escalating tensions in the Gulf region.
The strike reportedly targeted Terminal 1 of the airport, causing damage to airport infrastructure and disrupting flight operations. Authorities temporarily suspended air traffic while emergency teams responded to the incident.
According to reports, dozens of people were injured in the attack, including airport staff, passengers, and civilians. Several injured individuals required medical treatment.
The Embassy of India in Kuwait expressed condolences to the family of the deceased Indian citizen and stated that it is coordinating with local authorities to provide necessary assistance.
