The Bandlaguda Police under the Chandrayangutta Division, South East Zone, Hyderabad City, have successfully solved a sensational murder case reported on October 29, 2025, with the swift arrest of five accused involved in the killing of Shaik Mohisin.
According to police, the investigation revealed that the accused who were close associates had ongoing enmity with members of rival cow theft gangs in the region. Believing that the deceased, Mohisin, had leaked their whereabouts to rivals and was supporting the opposite gang, they conspired to eliminate him. The brutal murder took place at Ghouse Nagar, Bandlaguda, on the night of October 29.
The arrested accused have been identified as:
- Syed Sha Fahad (23) Cab Driver, Resident of Hafez Baba Nagar
- Syed Sohail (21) Auto Driver, Resident of Jahangirabad
- Mohammed Amer (24) Auto Driver, Resident of Falaknuma
- Mohammed Bin Abdullah Saif @ Mohammed Topi (32) Auto Driver, Resident of Omer Colony
- Shaik Afroz (30) Cab Driver, Resident of Bandlaguda
All five were apprehended within a short span and produced before the Honorable Court for judicial custody.
The operation was executed under the direct supervision of Sri S. Chaitanya Kumar, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, South East Zone, and Sri A. Sudhakar, ACP, Chandrayangutta Division. Both officers lauded the efforts of Sri R. Devender, Inspector of Police, Bandlaguda PS, and his team for their prompt and efficient work in solving the case.
Authorities emphasized that the Hyderabad City Police remain committed to maintaining law and order and will continue to act swiftly against organized and violent crimes.
