Beginning her career as a Sub-Inspector, Madam Saleema worked across several districts and earned recognition for her strong ethics, leadership, and compassion toward citizens. Today, as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Rachakonda Commissionerate, she continues to inspire thousands of young women.

“Serving people with honesty is the greatest form of duty,” she once remarked during a youth interaction in Hyderabad.

Her professional discipline and calm leadership style have made her a respected name within the Telangana Police force.

Madam Ayesha Fatima: Telangana’s First Muslim Woman IPS Officer Through UPSC

Madam Ayesha Fatima, who cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2022, has become the first Muslim woman from Telangana to directly join the IPS through national selection.

Hailing from a middle class family in Hyderabad, Madam Ayesha’s story is one of focus and determination. Supported by her family and mentors, she proved that with the right preparation and faith in oneself, every dream is within reach.
