In a significant enforcement action, the Hyderabad City Traffic Police, in coordination with the Chaderghat Police, arrested a man for using a fake number plate on his two wheeler and committing multiple traffic violations.
The accused, Mohd. Rafiuddin, a resident of Madannapet in Hyderabad, was apprehended on April 16, 2026. A case has been registered under Sections 319(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with Section 158 read with 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
