Hyderabad: A group of 59 government school students from Telangana has been selected for an educational visit to the Indian Space Research Organisation, offering them a rare opportunity to experience India’s space program up close.
The initiative aims to inspire young minds by exposing them to space science, technology, and innovation. During the visit, students are expected to tour key facilities, interact with scientists and learn about Satellite launches, Missions and Research conducted by ISRO.
Officials said the program is designed to encourage interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), particularly among students from government schools. The visit is also intended to provide hands on learning experiences beyond classroom education.
Teachers accompanying the students said such opportunities can play a crucial role in shaping career aspirations and boosting confidence among young learners.
The educational tour reflects ongoing efforts by authorities to promote scientific awareness and nurture future talent in the field of space research.
