Police in Hyderabad have arrested a habitual offender involved in a gold theft case and recovered around 17 tulas of gold ornaments.

The accused, Annareddy Venkata Siva Reddy (35), a native of Kurnool, allegedly committed the theft while traveling on a private bus from Anantapur to Hyderabad.
