The Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY) is a flagship scheme launched by the Government of India in 2015 to support small and micro enterprises with easy access to loans.   • Vendors, artisans, shopkeepers, MSMEs, and self-employed individuals.
  • Applicants don’t need any collateral or security deposit.

Documents Required

  1. Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
  2. Proof of Business (registration, license if any)
  3. Address and identity proof
  4. Bank statements (last 6 months)
  5. Business plan or proposal (especially for Kishor & Tarun loans)

How to Apply?
You can apply through:

  • Any scheduled commercial bank, NBFC, cooperative bank, or regional rural bank (RRB).
  • Visit the nearest bank branch or apply online via:

Official websites of banks like SBI, Canara, Bank of Baroda, etc.

Step-by-step:

  1. Choose the appropriate loan category (Shishu/Kishor/Tarun).

  4. Wait for verification and loan sanction.
