Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Croatian President Zoran Milanović in Zagreb, where the two leaders discussed strengthening bilateral ties based on shared democratic values and mutual interests. They welcomed cooperation in emerging areas such as defence, start-ups, sports, and innovation, and emphasized cultural linkages.
PM Modi thanked President Milanović for Croatia’s support in India’s fight against terrorism. They also exchanged views on regional and global issues and noted the growing India-EU strategic partnership. Both leaders agreed to work towards unlocking the full potential of India-Croatia relations.
